First i must apologize for not keeping up on here..just been real busy trying to stay afloat and stick with my goals.I’m still getting to the gym regularly and sobriety ( with only a very occasional indulgence). I have had my sleep study done and am waiting for results, in the meantime am on a new sleep pill- which helps a little most days, but still isn’t perfect. The two things that still elude me is cutting back on caffeine to where i want it, and quitting the cigarettes.
Ah well, one step at a time.
I have been eating much better and added protein shakes to my gym days. Less bread, less sugars, and less processed foods have been a blessing, along with the yogurt, salmon and CBD oil.
On the non-health news front- i finally have a second case for work to fall back on ( something i have been wanting for 7 years now) and will be using my acquired PTO time to get to the beach for a week in a few days.
It looks like there are a bunch of great posts i need to read( i skimmed today) and will hopefully have some time when on vacation.
